Hilarion: In many cases this will be that which is predicated on what you've done here, what you've learned here, how you have grown and so on. It would seem though, inevitable that focusing on ways in which people could receive their own personal truth and connect this somehow to a larger more universal truth that which would then ultimately of course heal, assist the planet, work with other beings, prepare for the galaxy change and other things, this would seem very necessary.
But, to say that such is destiny or required, of course that would be foolish. You have many choices. As you balance more karma you enter into the next life with far more choices, able to go in any direction you want, work with things as you would choose.
So the answer to the question would be more along the lines of what brings you joy? What would be fun? What would be interesting for you? What have you taken from this life that you wish to build upon? One of these areas is one in which there is a powerful knitting together of dissimilar cultures, ways in which people choose to do things differently. This may turn out to be so attractive and interesting as a useful source of higher truth principles, of awareness of all kinds of solutions for the planet, for people and for many other things that it also draws your attention as the next aspect to incorporate into the way in which truth is communicated.
You may as a result choose parents who have intrinsically multi-cultural aspects. For instance, a mother from Shanghai and a father from New York or a way in which these energies might blend together for you that then you choose a way of being in which you are able to travel and share energies with every culture. In understanding this, the obvious limitations would be around language and the ways in which learning to speak many languages could indeed be valuable and that which you choose to add to your repertoire of skills, capabilities and ways of interacting in the world. But, these would only be as prediction, rather than destiny or absolute decision. Simply noting the possibility for this and its excitement and where it could be valuable to you.
